Note: i won't be providing the above 3ds BIOS. if you have a friend that has a 3ds console, ask to copy his BIOS. remember google is your friend LOL.

if above does not work try this one: 3ds emulator 
and okay i'll share the bios for this release: 3ds emulator Bios 
please make sure you use the right bios with each version in order for it to work.
